Uploaded photos are used to create your requested miniature-style image. We do not use your uploaded photos for public gallery placement unless you explicitly allow it.

The service may temporarily store uploaded files while a generation job is running, especially when an AI provider or object storage provider needs a URL to process the image.

Generated images are private by default. Public gallery display requires an explicit opt-in flow.

If you share or download a generated image yourself, that action is controlled by you and may be subject to the rules of the platform where you share it.

When you sign in, we store account information required to manage credits, generation history, subscriptions, and support requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may use analytics to understand page views, uploads, generation success, errors, and upgrade clicks.

Security logs are used to prevent abuse, debug failures, and protect the service. We avoid logging secrets and raw credential values.

You can request deletion of account-linked generation records by contacting AI Miniatur at contact@ai-miniatur.org.

Some billing records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, refund, or legal compliance reasons.
